Built in 2001 in the grounds of a B & B where a bed only option is available for carers and friends. This beautiul 2 bedroom cottage is one of a pair sleeping up to 4 people. Little Bench our second cotage sleeps up to two and both suitable for everyone able and the less able. Split level kitchen and a large bathroom with floor level shower. Handrails are where needed and wash basin adjustable for height. Master bedroom has 6foot electric foot and head riser beds or can be twin. Lounge has comfy furniture as well as an electric riser/recliner chair. TV and CD player, dining table and chairs. Second bedroom is a smaller room ideal for a single or can be twin bedded.

A list of accessibile equipment available including wheelin shower chair and portabl mobile hoist.

We cater for non-smokers only and sorry not pets.

Plenty of off street parking and cottages are registered with local GPs etc. Owners Mary and Roger Lewis also live on sight in their own home, Mary is also disabled and understands the needs of others.

Bench Cottage is 5 minutes by car to Lymington High Street and 2 miles from the open New Forest and 4 miles to the nearest beach. This is an ideal localtion for touring the whole area.
