The Den is a modern open plan studio apartment created in the attic of a barn style building. It is large, light and airy with birch wood floors and furniture with steel fixtures, granite style surfaces and tiling. There are comfortable sitting, dining, kitchen and sleeping areas accessed by a private staircase. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath, WC, vanitory unit and shower.
There is a double bed and two fully sprung, top quality, sofa beds giving accommodation for 2 adults and up to two small children.

The Den is set away from the main house with its own access and parking with views across to trees and lawn. All set in a quiet leafy setting.
Within a short drive are the New Forest, Salisbury, Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, the Solent, many seaside resorts and tourist sights. The Den is within easy walking distance from Italian, hotel and pub restaurants.

It is situated in the hamlet of Knapp at the edge of a large wood with miles of walking but just 3 miles from junction 12 of the M3. It is a 15 mins drive from Winchester station (55 mins to London). Southampton Airport is also 15 minutes away. The local bus and train-bus service is close by.
